View Full Version : Vote for Barack Obama right now
RASTA MAN 21-Oct-08, 17:37 Vote for Barack Obama right now
I actually already marked my "vote by mail" ballot but I am too lazy to drop it in the mail - Californians bombarded us with too many propositions that you really don't know what the heck is what and I still need to make up my mind on few of them.
Funny thing, as I am coming home today late from work - this homeless dude stood up and shouted Barack Obama Against Jesus - Obama is the anti Christ blah blah blah.....I thought he might have smoked an extra joint or something but the funny thing is that he is not alone in the way he thinks.
Vote for Barack Obama right now
big mistake friend you shouldn't have sent your vote by mail. there are people who are hired to steal those mail voters.

Rasta man,
You should not tell people how to vote, they have to decide how to vote and who to vote for. if you want to campaign for someone , there are ways to do it right. You volunteer your times and work out your heart by help campaign employees getting out the voters.....

You sound like you command people rather than free of their choice.

Scorps,
I think most reasonable people will vote for Obama while some quacks will vote for Mccain. However, it has always been surprising to find that the number of quacks is much more than anyone could even imagine.
What's your sense of the gay marriage proposition? Something tells me that would not pass with Californians who I think are still frightened by the prospect.
Louai...salamat
you are right....there a lot of simple minded folks who can be easily swayed to blv the most ridiculous conclusions & analysis...even in CA....actually they are a growing majority in the suburbs of CA.
As to the gay marriage.....I think it will pass (the yes on 8 that is - amending the Constitution and banning gay marriage), mostly because of foreigners like you and me :lool:....I don't know if you saw it on the TV or not but there was a huge "Yes on 8" protest last weekend I blv? Most participants and speakers were foreigners...some can't even speak English but they wanted to show their support. I am tolerant to many things but this kinda tolerance is pushing it a lil too much. But I would sure vote "NO on 8" on the condition these dudes stop making out in public places :lool:.
I voted fro Obama last night and I really feel good.I'm optimistic that Obama is going to pull this thing off on Novemebr fourth.

I will probably just not vote at all since the folks I know who are same-sex couple are pretty decent folks and it make me feel bad to crush their hopes, but i also am not 100% sure that allowing them to marry is a good idea. I do feel they have no say in how they are, but i also don't think same-sex marriage is what nature intended.
bottom-line: i don't wish to be part of this difficult choice.

Congratulation to South Sudanese living in North America, finaly you have a common ground with the islamic terrorists anti-South Sudan. Both are voting for Barack H. Obama.

These people are voting for Obama based on the issues that affect their lives; jobs, health care, etc. You on the other hand, support the GOP based on hate toward others. Good luck to you and your red neck friends.

Wouldn't be nice if Sudan has a candidate both Islamists and Christians favor?
