I am not in charge here, but I would like to say something .
First, you made a good point about those who post insulting messages about Islam.
I am against insulting any religion not just Islam.
Second, why do you care about Islam when you your self know little about it. I see from your posts that you need to know a little more about Islam and how a real Muslim should act or behave.
Third, why do you use the name أںأ¦أ‡أ‘أٹأ¬ 2007
We have a member by that name and I wonder why you did that.

It's clear that forum moderators and admins, won't allow this, yet it depends on the purpose if the purpose is to be mistaken for other members or mocking them by destroying their reputation / & cause troubles then the "clone" will be banned immediately,
Remember people share names but have different views, for instance there are like 14 "ahmads" on the sdb, but that does't give the mods the right to automatically ban all the new ahmads. it's their contributions that count, this member in particular has been warned and it's clear for him/her that tougher measures will be taken against him/her, based on what s/he posts not on what screen name s/he uses.
