There are many political analysists WHO POINT TO THE 'BERLIN CONFERENCE' of 1886 as the evidence that the Europeans and Asians (China, others) are setting up for the 'partitioning' of Africa.
Unfortunately for Africans - Many of the very same people who plan to recolonize Africa are the same one supplying the means of distruction for Africans to depopulate the continent, war against each other and make Africa a weak continent.
Who would be so self-distructive to sell their own nations for a few pieces of silver?
